missing my Tarah so much

I am missing my baby so much.. it is all I can do to not surf My Space to tell everyone my about my sadness. My Tarah is an angel who helps me so much and is such a joyful friend. I am so glad that she is having a great summer with her Dad, Mary and the boys, but I miss her.

We went on a 5 mile bike ride. The ducks didn't want our tortillas but the fish went crazy for them, jumping out of the water.
The kids love the trailer. We are having some great outside time....and my muscles will let me walk again next week, I hope!

I want to say Happy Fathers Day to all the Dads in our lives.

For Kevin, you are a wonderful Dad. You always put your family first, always. You are patient, kind, easy going and even tempered. Thank you so much for everything you do for us each day. I couldn't do this without you.

To my Dad, you have always helped to make my life an adventure. You are my base, that sense of wonder that I learned as a child. I continue to learn so many life lessons from you. I Love You and I miss you every day.

For Wayne, you have raised a wonderful family and you always put your family first. You are a wonderful father and a great man. We are all hoping for the best and we are here for you and Mom. We Love you and are praying everyday for good news.

For Don, we miss you so much. I know you are surrounded by joy and love more than any card could describe. Keep our place ready for us and we will see you again when our work here is done.

For Grandpa Bill, Hang in there! We are praying every day for a fast and painless recovery. Keep that blood pumping and mind the doctors, and take your medicine!

I hope all of the Fathers in our lives have joy, peace and Love, You deserve it so much!

Father and son baseball outing

I think Kevin and Johnny have found a new bonding activity. They went to their first baseball game together today. It was a rough riders game and they had a blast. Johnny got a cool little bat and they brought Meghan a toy. Uncle Cory and Kevin taught him how to shell peanuts and even though Johnny did not get a sunburn, Kevin was not so lucky. He is really red. It was a great day and the best part was that it was paid for by Kevin's employer and he got paid for the day of fun with his son.

I am missing Tarah so much. I love that she gets to spend so much time with her family but I miss the little turkey.

Meghan is walking a lot more today. Teresa, Alex and Ashley got to see her walk. It was cool.

what a crazy week

Wow, where to start. We had a terrible scare with Grandpa Bill and his clogged arteries. We are praying for a swift and successful surgery so that he can be back to his "stubborn old goat self" as Preston calls it.

School is really hard this semester. I am taking 2 classes and they are both really hard. Accounting is like learning a new language, and financial planning is awesome but it is so many details to memorize. I am learning so much so it is awesome.

Not last or least but my beautiful baby girl is walking!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

She took her first steps on 6-6-07 and adds a few steps each day.

Also, Brandon is home and the entire Heather family is home and cancer free!!!!!!! I have never been so excited to see hair on a baby before. It was all I could to not to cry and hug and kiss them when I saw Daddy and baby Brandon yesterday. I want to be cautious because he is still immunosuppressed and even though I don't think I have been in contact with anything, I would never risk that beautiful baby. God is good, all the time.

I have great video of the walking girl but Kevin took my camera to Texas Motor Speedway for the race tonight so I will post it tomorrow.
