Back from San Antonio...safe and sound
Well we made it back safely. The family had a great weekend visiting Grandma and Grandpa Hansen. Uncle Cory and Aunt Heather got to go too. It was a fun filled trip full of family, friends and a lot of laughter. Grandma Darlene suggested we go to the Witte Museum to see the dinosaur exhibit. The kids loved it. Johnny was a little freaked out because they moved! He loves that movie "night at the museum" so he was already thinking everything would come to life! We spent most of the weekend with our friends, Larry and Norma and their two children. They are only a couple of months older and younger than ours so it was cool to see them all play together.
Next weekend is Kevin and Johnny's birthday. We will be in Amarillo for Mushy's wedding and to visit my family. We are really looking forward to seeing everyone.

Johnny caught the bug but is doing better
Johnny caught what ever Meghan had. Several days of a 103 fever and tonsils the size of ping pong balls. He is feeling much better now.

I made 2 A's!!!! Yippeee
Well, the first half of the summer is over. I managed to make an A in accounting and an A in Personal Financial Planning. It was really hard but I learned so much.
Meghan has had a virus. Her fever was up to 104 for almost 48 hours. Thank God for Ibuprofen and Tylenol. The doctor ruled out strep and a bacterial infection, so no antibotics this time. She is all back to normal but I won't be able to hang out with Melissa and her sons for a couple of weeks just to make sure no one here caught it from her. I would never risk Brandons health. I am looking forward to our next play date. The kids have a blast playing together.
The lake is everywhere now. The waves are blowing up on the bridge and it is on the verge of being closed. I will post an updated picture showing how high it has gotten.
I am so excited that we will be getting to travel to San Antonio and Amarillo this month. I miss everyone like crazy. It is so hard living away from everybody I love.
Be back soon to update my pictures.

Last week of summer 1 session.....
Well I am almost through this semester. My 2 finals are Thursday and Friday. I really hope to end up with 2 A's but I may end up with an A and a B. I made a mistake taking two really hard classes in one summer semester. I never have to do that again.....thank God! I have one other class to take the 2nd half of the summer and then my final two semesters are fairly light. My graduation is "hopefully" planned for May 2008. If Teresa and I graduate together then we can have more people see us walk. You only get 4 tickets per student due to the small size of the gym. All I want is to finally finish something I started. The gravy would be if I can keep my 3.5 so I can wear a little cord around my neck to show my GPA.
Wish me luck as I study 24/7.
